No, the JMI Entrance Exam answer key challenge processing fee of INR 500/ programme is non-refundable. Jamia Millia Islamia has specified the same on the information bulletin. As the answer key objection fee is non-refundable, candidates must crosscheck their challenges and be completely sure about the inaccuracy of the provisional answer key before sending out the objections. Given this information, candidates must not expect a refund of fee even if the JMI exam answer key challenges are found to be valid.

The syllabus of JMI Entrance Exam for admission in LLM course consist of various Law subjects such as Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, Family Law, Environmental Law, Corporate Law, Law of Contract, Law of Torts, International Law, Labour Law, Contemporary Legal Issues etc. The standard of questions will be based on LLB/BA LLB Hons course as per the Bar Council of India Rules. The paper is divided into three sections Part A, B and C. Multiple choice questions are asked in Part A and B, while Part C is based on descriptive questions. The questions asked in Part A are based on General Knowledge and English Language and in Part B questions are asked from legal subjects. The questions in descriptive part i.e. Part C will also be based on Law subjects.
