Hi, yes you can change your college by writing a change of college letter to the university you are currently studying in, from where you need to obtain a NOC and also from the college you are currently studying in, then you need to submit those NOC's along with the admission form to Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering you are seeking admission.

Both the colleges come under Delhi University and both are good. But you will get a better atmosphere at Kirorimal College. Here faculty members are good as well as students are competitive. Rest depends on your comfort and convenience. Best of luck.

You can purse B.Com from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics (Affiliated to Mumbai University). Later for MBA, you can join Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies - NMIMS (Deemed to be University).

Both the law colleges that you mentioned are good but if you ask for the better one my suggestion would be D.Y. Patil School of law over Siddharth Law College.
This is because D.Y Patil School of Law has a very good campus with a very good faculty and also the academic activities conducted at this law school are said to be better than that in Siddharth Law college.
D.Y. Patil also has a very well maintained library with a very good number of books which prove to be very helpful for the students.
On the other hand, Siddharth Law College has a less rating as compared to D.Y Patil Law College.
Moreover D.Y. Patil Law College has been rated well for best private law colleges in Maharashtra as well as in India.
So on these points, I would go with D.Y Patil School of Law over Siddharth Law college which is also good college.
