This course offers an overview of what graphic design is and the immense professional opportunities it provides. Students will be inspired and enlightened whilst being taken on a journey to the great works of past and present iconic graphic designers. This course is an examination of the effect and impact of mass media on contemporary life and society. The courses focus on teaching skills like photography and its technique, enhancing the overall style of the writing, elements of designing in the print media and Industry needs students who can design for print as well as online media utilizing various tools and technologies. Other modules give an insight into the press laws and ethics, constitutional laws governing the mass media, constitution and government, leadership and governance process, newspaper managerial aspects of newspapers, and structure of newspaper organisation. We should not compare the two, both the universities are good at their place. But as a student of LPU let me tell about the university. Ranking, education, placement, technology and infrastructure in every aspect LPU is better. Ranking: If I talk about ranking so LPU comes under top 100 amongst all private and government university. This year what shook me the most is the recent ranking by the worlds university ranking again amongst all government and private university. Placement: Placement is second most important factor what applicant can SEE in university/college while taking admission. So, in lovely professional university from 100 students 90-95 students get placement. Specifically in B.Tech, the highest salary package was 64lac per annum. In management it was 21lacs per annum. So, in my point of view its great packages as compare to any other university. Infrastructure: There is green areas in the university at so my different areas, classroom with a/c, google lab, IMAC lab, moot court, fine art lab, agriculture farmland, space centre, play grounds, and both girls and boys hostel. Being a student of LPU, I think I can provide you with an honest opinion. Though I'm not pursuing my B.Sc. In agriculture, I do have many friends who are pursuing the same. LPU is accredited by ICAR. It is the 1st private university to get accredited by ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research). B.Sc. Agriculture degree offers a number of avenues for growth. The graduates desirous of specializing may opt for a Masters programme. The Undergraduate Degree in B.Sc. Agriculture consists of few core subjects such as Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Genetics, Plant Pathology, Land Surveying, Entomology Horticulture, Physiology, Food Science, water resource management, and Animal Products management. A number of subjects such as Economics, Meteorology, Technology, Business, and Production Management are studied in close reference to the subject. A large part of the agriculture programme is based in practice inculcated via field trips, study tours, and projects. A B.Sc.
