Living in a hostel is unique experience for those who stay inside. I know through students and other fellow faculty members how the hostel is. I will tell you what I have heard from others. This programme will help you in Constructing a strong basic foundation in concepts of nutrition and diet plan, thus crafting skillful and be a notion ready nutritional experts for addressing the health challenges. If you have an inborn interest in cooking and exploring various cuisines from different countries, nutrition and dietetics is one subject that will help you explore how to design controlled diets. Based on the body mass index, you can design your own food charts that would summarize the number of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins which must be consumed every day. LPU gives you all the opportunities to excel in your course and be a perfectionist. In addition to core curricula, the course offers subjects like communication, analytical and soft skills to enhance personality and employability. Visits to Aanganwadis and NGOs creating awareness about nutrition among the masses are an important part of the curriculum. Dear Prateek, I have no idea of the fee structure of B.Tech at KIIT but being alumni of LPU, I can share the fees details at LPU. The tuition fees of an engineering programme at LPU is around INR 2,40,000/- per annum (Rs. 1,20,000/- per semester). For a few of the engineering programmes, the fee is different. I recommend you visit the LPU website for the exact fee structure. However, you get a scholarship as well that will help you financially. LPU offers engineering in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, Robotics & Automation, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself.
