Every year, a large number of migration/transfer students congregate from all around the country. The following are the actions to take: Applicants must meet the following basic eligibility conditions in order to apply for the Migration/Transfer procedure. The University Officials will analyze and verify the application of the applicant who satisfies the eligibility conditions before proceeding with the procedure. Applicants must be enrolled in a normal degree programme at a recognised school to be considered for the migration/transfer. The programme at LPU to which you wish to apply should be identical to the one in which you are presently enrolled. \The candidate must meet the minimum percentage necessary in the current year's qualifying standards for migration or transfer. Students who wish to migrate or transfer must apply within a particular time frame. For further information, please visit the LPU website. This ensures that transfer students will be allowed to enroll in classes in the future term of the selected programme with the existing batch after the documents have been verified. If a migrating candidate has a backlog, comparator, or reappear in any subject, the University may not consider them for admission. Dear Varun, Both are good private universities. But, yes, for the VSE programme I highly recommend LPU over Amity Noida based on a few points that I will share with you as follows:
Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrade. Comptia, Transorg, Geeksforgeeks, etc. That help students to explore themselves more in their field. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Dear Vaibhavi, Lovely Professional University is good for the Performing Arts programme. My friend did a Bachelor of Performing Arts from LPU and is now pursuing an MFA as well from LPU itself. Bachelor of Performing Arts is four years internationally accepted degree programme in Theatre that provides intensive training in Theatre Arts and include professionally apt field projects like T. V and Film production along with Interdisciplinary inputs on event management, IT adds to the employability of the students. Placements: Above 65% of the students get placed from the University. The salary packages offered depends on the company and the student. Record labels & music companies visit the campus for recruitment. Almost 50% of students got internships in multiple music companies & film companies in India. Roles offered were as Vocal artists, Composers, morning music producers, singer-songwriters, music directors, etc. For Admission in this programme, candidates just need to pass the percentage only in the qualifying exam. Although, LPU NEST is not required to qualify one can take this exam to avail or increase their scholarships.
