I am a pass out of LPU from CSE department. Talking about Lovely Professional University, student of CSE here in LPU. LPU has a collaboration with Google to provide specialisation Android courses to the B.Tech/IT/CSE/Engineering students. LPU provides free training on SAP Business Suite to the students leading them to the SAP Consultant Certification. LPU has a tie-up with VMware IT ACADEMY for giving students and faculty exposure to products like vSAN, sphere, NSX, Workspace, Airwatch and cloud, including certifications. LPU was ranked SECOND by Hacker Earth leaving behind most IITs among more than 5000 universities, from all around the world. LPU students designed and created India's 1st Solar-Powered driverless bus which was featured in various national media and which made a maiden run in the Indian Science Congress 2019 held by LPU, which was inaugurated by The Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi. And many more, with great placement opportunities, there is a very good holistic environment for one to study and get ready for the corporate world while sharpening your skills and knowledge. The placements at LPU are almost unexpectable. Someone gets a really good package while some get very less, it depends upon your portfolio and the interview. Mostly, the interviews matter a lot. If you did well over there you will definitely get a good job. Recently in the Amazon placement drive, 15-16 students got a package in the range of 11-16 Lacs and it's a good package, Tanya Arora she got 42 LPA from Microsoft. But at the same point, there are some companies who took the students at the package of 3.5-34.5 Lacs. There will be many placement drives conducted by Tech Mahindra, Samsung, Koni Labs, Hitachi, Honda and many more. It depends on how you perform. Innovative and productive environment, more emphasize on practical sessions with the benefit of having ragging free campus.

As a ex CSE student of LPU, I can answer this question better. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. They are very supportive of all technicalities. Students can contact them anytime for their study purpose. The latest teaching methods are used in the classroom. Curriculum in CSE branch is very well designed such that they can learn everything from basics to the in-depth knowledge of their field. The College takes them for the industrial visit for more growth and experience. It hands on experience by also working on live projects to develop a sense of problem-solving, and critical thinking in order to gain real-life understanding along with skill enhancement. In addition to core curriculum, the course offers subjects like communication and soft skills to enhance personality. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Dear Aspirant, LPU offers various programmes in B.Sc. Such as IT, Agriculture, CS Physics Chemistry Maths Zoology, etc. As far as I know, every programme has different eligibility criteria to get admission. Dear Vethika, Being an alumnus of LPU, I can tell you about the B.Tech in Aerospace engineering eligibility criteria. My cousin sister is also studying in the same programme. To the best of my knowledge, you should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with mandatory subjects English . Maths and Physics. In addition to it, you have to qualify for the LPU NEST exam or you should have a minimum of 85 percentile in the JEE Mains exam. Aerospace engineering at LPU is really a good programme to pursue. My cousin sister is pursuing B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering at LPU. She is in her final year now. She shared a few things about Aerospace engineering with me as follows:
1) The placements are good for this programme. The highest and average package for this programme is 31 LPA and 4.8 LPA.
2) Three Indian students top International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition (IAAC) 2021, one of the worlds the largest astronomy competitions, registered over 4,700 participants, 1,300 of who made it to the pre-final and final rounds. The participants were tested in their knowledge of astronomy and astrophysics. Gopalchetty Brahma and Vinay Kumar Reddy Andluri topped the youth category (over 18 years), while Sathwik Bikumalla won gold in the junior category (under 18 years) in the online competition.
