Dear Aayush, Both the programmes are good at LPU. My friend did BPA (Music) and one friend did BPA (Theatre) from LPU only and are now well settled in their career. Bachelor of Performing Arts is four years internationally accepted degree programme in Music that provides intensive training in Music and include professionally apt field projects like T. V and Film production along with Interdisciplinary inputs on event management, IT adds to the employability of the students. Placements: Above 65% of the students get placed from the University. The salary packages offered depends on the company and the student. Record labels & music companies visit the campus for recruitment. Almost 50% of students got internships in multiple music companies & film companies in India. Roles offered were as Vocal artists, Composers, morning music producers, singer-songwriters, music directors, etc. For Admission in this programme, candidates just need to pass the percentage only in the qualifying exam. Although, LPU NEST is not required to qualify one can take this exam to avail or increase their scholarships. I did MBA at LPU and can answer better this question. The highest package for an MBA programme at LPU is 21 LPA.
On average, the MBA students of LPU are offered and placed in the starting package of 4.5 TO 6 LPA(Fixed salary).
Every year around 100-150 companies visit LPU to recruit MBAs. Among the companies are some big names like Amazon, Flipkart, Moody Analytics, ICICI, HDFC, AXIS, FEDERAL BANK, WNS GLOBAL, ITC, 99 Acres, COLGATE, ASIAN PAINTS, BERGER, NERO LAC, CAVIN CARE, etc, from all domains visit LPU to recruit the students and these are good companies.
