Hi, I would like to recommend that LPU is one of the best places in India for Multimedia, Graphics, and Gaming. The faculty members are from the industry like red chilies Studios, Prime focus studios, and they have experience of more than 15 years. The multimedia department has a separate block and has well-equipped labs with dell workstations to handle high-end software like adobe after effects, Unity Maya, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Nuke, Fusion, Z brush, photoshop, etc. Even the department has good quality of resources like Black magic cinemas cameras, canon cameras, trolly, jib, and well-equipped special VFX studio with permanent Chroma backgrounds. An Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place. The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the Indian military cadet corps which works to inculcate the qualities of discipline and patriotism among youth of the nation. It is open to school and college students on voluntary basis. The Cadets are given basic military training in small arms and parades. Being an alumni of Lovely Professional University, I have this knowledge that LPU provides chance for the students to join NCC too. At LPU there are two wings. NCC Army Wing NCC Airwing "A - Flight Family" Student can join NCC in the wing he or she has an interest in. Additionally, after joining NCC student can also pursue for the UPSC CDSE Exam. However, special classes are also given to the student who has an interest in joining Indian armed forces after completing graduation. Lovely Professional University had also hosted ten-day annual NCC campus of 2nd Punjab Girls NCC Battalion at its campus.
