Eligibility for admission in B.Arch at LPU is : B.Arch at LPU is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English and also 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and NATA 2020 or JEE Main (Paper II)(80 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by statutory body for 2020-21).

Any one of the entrance exam either JEE Main Paper II or NATA is acceptable.
You should score at least 80 Marks in NATA for admission in B.Arch at LPU. But you should aim for high, as better you score the better scholarship you can get.

(with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2020 or JEE Main (Paper II)(80 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by statutory body for 2020-21).
Any one of the entrance exam either JEE Main Paper II or NATA is acceptable. No issues you haven't appeared for NATA.

In the admission process you need to pay only 10000 as an initial amount to reserve your seat provisionally. This is the minimum amount payable at the time of admission, however you have option to pay more also. The amount you will be paying will be reduced from your fee. The rest of the fee a student needs to pay after certain days or otherwise the time given by the university.
