One must have completed his 1st year without any backlog/reappear. *One should have the minimum percentage required in eligibility qualification of current year (in which student is seeking migration). *Student has to submit Migration certificate and Character certificate from head of present institute / university from which he/she is migrating. *Mapping of transcripts is done and for this one has to pay mapping charges.
