Ankit, you can get a job in a private bank after MBA through distance mode form LPU or any university but more preference is given to students who have done MBA through regular mode. If you are not a working professional better would be if you go for MBA through regular mode instead of distance mode.

Swaraj, you can take admission in B.Tech Lateral entry. The eligibility is
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering.) (any stream) (3 years after 10th) or B.Sc.(Non-Medical) or B.Sc.(Computer Science) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST-2017.
Or
In case marks scored in Diploma (engineering.) or B.Sc.(Non-Medical) or B.Sc.(Computer Science) are 70% or above, then LPUNEST-2017 will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission.

Finance will deal with funds management and it takes into consideration public finance, personal finance, business finance, principles of management, project management etc. It deals with corporate finance, costing, budgeting, working capital management etc. It has scope in various field of finance such as Financial Audit, Financial Management, Capital Management, Economics, Strategic Management, International Finance etc.
On the other hand, MBA Financial Markets refers to those systems or arrangements, which facilitate buying, selling of financial assets/ instruments. It primarily refers to study of Stock Markets. It consists of subjects like Investment Banking, Derivatives, Capital Markets, Debt Market etc.
