Greetings from LPU. Yes, you can take lateral entry in 2nd year 3rd semester. Eligibility for BBA lateral entry course is 50% required in Diploma (Management/Commerce/Economics) (3 years after 10th) OR (2 year / 1 year after 10+2). Based on this eligibility criteria, you can apply for admission.

You can do MBA (Financial Markets), MBA (International Business), MBA (Business Analytics). But you should have exact 60% in your graduation and also you have to qualify LPU-NEST as well as interview. Fees for MBA (Financial Markets) is Rs 99,500 per semester, for MBA (International Business) is Rs 84,500 per semester and for MBA (Business Analytics) is Rs 84,500 per semester. You can also avail the scholarship on the basis of marks you score in LPUNEST or on the basis of your marks in Graduation/12th.

Lateral entrance is quite often allowed among institutions these days, but when it comes to different universities, it's totally a different game when one of them is a government university while the other is a private one. It is suggested that you contact the university you wish to get admission in and fetch the information, first.

Attending classes would not only give you attendance (which is even carrying marks weight-age added onto your Class Assessment at the end, that's the best part as well) but also a good exposure related to your exam's pattern and all, teachers often discuss these kinda of things in classes. So, i would suggest you to just be focused to attend your classes regularly for getting the best results in whatever you are doing. Rimjhim, Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for MBA is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent subject to qualifying LPUNEST-2016 or CAT/MAT/XAT and Interview

In case marks scored in graduation are 60% or above, then LPUNEST-2016 or CAT/MAT/XAT will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission subject to qualifying Interview.
So, as per the criteria given above CAT is not compulsory if you have valid LPUNEST score. If you have 60% or above you can get admission after clearing interview.

Sahil, you have not specified the course you are interested in. With this percentage you can get admission in Arts, Fine Arts, Performing Arts and Physical Education courses.
In case you want scholarship you can give LPUNEST exam. Last date for admission with scholarship is July 25, 2016.
