MITSOB is much disciplined and student friendly college. There are many rules and regulation which is needed to be followed by every single person belongs to college, whether he/she is faculty, non-teaching staff or student. MITSOB mainly know for five main things i.e. faculty members, case base pedagogy, academic curriculum, infrastructure, and placements. These are the 5 star of MITSOB. The college has 18 clubs and cells which organises many event throughout the academic year and which is run by the student only in the supervision of faculty members.
Faculty members of MITSOB are highly qualified and have practical approach in their teachings, they take help of books, power point presentation along with other aids of visual presentation. They also guide the student at personal level so that students can experience growth in career. They even help student in selecting their profession according to their skills and competencies.
Infrastructure of MITSOB is very good. They have all the necessities which a student needs like library, computer lab, reading room, activity room, elevators, vehicle parking, water cooler, coffee machine, smart board, etc.
Placement in MITSOB is also very good. MITSOB have pool campus placement system. From 34th batch (2016-18) approximately 100 students got placed and the process is still going on. The highest package is 14 LPA and average package is 4.75 LPA till now for 34th batch. Many students got pre-placement offers. Deloitte, Aditya Birla, Vykta, Amazon, Vipro, etc. are the companies which came for placement this year. The placement cell of MITSOB is always available for student query and also helps in summer internship programme.
MITSOB don't have its own hostel but they help non-localities to find better accommodation. There is one common canteen in whole MAEERs MIT campus I.e. Chandralok canteen.
MITSOB is one the best B-schools for learning management. They keep updating their curriculum according to current knowledge and skill required in the corporate that why I said it is a student friendly college. My specialization is finance, and I'm enjoying my learning process. I'm gaining a lot from the money I have invested in this college. If you are ready to work hard then this is the best place to invest.

You are eligible to apply for admission. All Entrance Scores Are valid for admission after September 2015 (CAT, MAT, XAT, etc). While MIT-SOB has equal weight-age on all your performances from 10th Till Graduation, the selection process is a blend of parameters such as- Score obtained by candidate In CAT/MAT exam. Performance at Extempore Talk (Including written essay) Performance at Personal Interview Past Academic Record (10th & 12th level) Work Experience (If any).

MITSOT and MITSOB both provide completely different specializations.
MITSOB - (Marketing, HR, Finance) while MITSOT( Telecom) . So the placements vary from each other.
Meanwhile, the current batch placements are under full swing with over 100+ students placed already, The highest package offered till date is 7.2L
