MIT WPU Admissions 2025 (Open): Fees, Eligibility, Dates, Selection Process

Yes, MIT-WPU offers a three-year and a four-year BBA course. These courses are offered across 12 specialisations in total. These are Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Family Business Management, Branding and Advertising, Global e-Business, HR Management, International Business, Global Marketing and Event Management, Banking Finance & Insurance, Business Analytics, Global Business & Management and Branding and Advertising. The three-year BBA is also offered in dual specialisations where students get to study with two specialisations simultaneously from (Marketing/Finance/ HR with CSR/Sports/Travel & Tourism/ Entrepreneurship Management).

For MIT-WPU BBA admissions, candidates need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to pass Class 12 with 60% aggregate with English subject in any stream (at least 55% marks, in case of Backward class category candidate belonging to Maharashtra State only). Else, those who have Diploma with 60% aggregate in any stream from Any UGC-approved Institution or equivalent with English as a subject can also apply. Admission to BBA at MIT-WPU is entrance-based. Candidates need to qualify for MIT-WPU CET exam which is conducted by the university itself. The final selection is based on the performance of candidates in the Personal Interview rounds.

For admission to the UG level programme, i.e. BSc, candidates must have passed class 12. Also, candidates are required to appear for the MITID Design Aptitude Test (DAT) based on which candidates will be selected for further admission rounds which include the Studio test and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. The final selection list is made on cumulative assessment of all rounds and for final seat allotment, candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at MITID for document verification and fee payment.

Passed Class 12 in Science stream with Mathematics /Statistics subject (OR) Three Years Engineering Diploma Recognized by Government Competent Authority (OR) Passed its equivalent examination with 55% aggregate (50% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only). 

• BSc (Computer Science): The candidate should be an Indian Nationality. Class 12 in Science stream with Mathematics subject (OR) Three Years Engineering Diploma Recognized by Government Competent Authority (OR) Passed its equivalent examination with 55% aggregate (50% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only).

The admission process for BCA (Science) course at MIT Pune starts with filling an application form. Before applying for this course, candidates must fulfil the basic eligibility requirements, i.e., to pass Class 12 in the Science stream from a recognised board. Aspirants have to appear for MIT-WPU CET and qualify the exam with a valid score. At last, the final selection will be based on the performance of candidates in the Personal Interview (PI) round. 

To study a three-year BCA (Science) course at MIT Pune, candidates have to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria as per the university norms. The minimum eligibility to apply for BCA at MIT Pune is to pass Class 12 in the Science stream or pass a Diploma in Engineering.
