-Graduates from UGC recognized Universities with 50% marks.
-Students in final year of graduation exams can also apply.
-Cleared atleast of entrance exam from CAT 2015, CMAT 2016, MAT (after Sept 2015), etc

The minimum criteria for admission is 50% in 10th, 12th and graduation. Yes you can apply for pgdm in marketing if you fulfil the criteria plus you should have cleared atleast one entrance exam (CAT, XAT, CMAT, CET, MAT).
But let me tell you, graduation exam and entrance exam result is only one criteria for admission process. Entire evaluation of admission process comprises of :
- Score obtained by candidate at CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT/CET exams,
- Performance at Extempore Talk (Including written essay),
- Performance at Personal Interview,
- Past Academic Record (10th & 12th level),
- Work Experience (if any) after graduation of at least 1 year or more.
