The B.Ed. programme has been designed on the basis of the approved structure under the NCTE recognition norms and procedures, 2014. Curriculum is designed and approved as per NCTE guidelines.
B.Ed. Structure and Duration: - The B.Ed. programme shall be of two years duration; that is four semesters which can be completed in a maximum of four years from the date of admission to the programme. The semester wise course structure of B. Ed. is as under:-
Semester-1 :
1. Human Development Learning
2. Contemporary India and Education
3. Language across Curriculum
4. Assessment for Learning
5. Understanding Disciplines and Subjects
6. Critical Understanding of ICT
Semester-2
1. Knowledge & Curriculum I
2. Drama and Art in Education
3. Pedagogy of School Subject Part I (Method 1)
4. Pedagogy of School Subject Part II (Method II
5. Orientation to Internship program
Semester-3 :
1. Pedagogy of School Subject Part II (Method 1
2. Pedagogy of School Subject Part II (Method 2)
3. School Internship
Semester-4 :
1. Gender, School and Society
2. Knowledge and Curriculum Part II
3. Inclusive Education
4. Yoga Education

Yes, you can get admission in CMAT without CMAT. You have to give CAT, score 98+ percentile for general category, and then you have a decent chance of getting into FMS.
