The 1573 ranks you have obtained in the NMIMS CET is a decent score as far as admission into NMIMS is concerned but if you are targeting B.Arch of NMIMS, there is a more important entrance exam taken into consideration and that is, the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) by the Balwant Sheth School of Architecture (BSSA), NMIMS, Mumbai.Whereas, NMIMS CET is to pursue engineering and pharmacy courses in NMIMS, B.Arch mostly needs a valid NATA score as well as passing 10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) with at least 50 percent marks. There is no guarantee that your NMIMS CET rank alone acquires admission into NMIMS B.Arch unless you have essentially held an able NATA score.
