Apart from this, five chosen students below the poverty line in every constituent college are offered a complete freeship in each self-financing course.

The duration of all UG programmes offered at Ranchi University ranges from three to four years, depending upon the nature of their course curriculum. On the other hand, PG programmes are offered for a duration of two years.
