According to the verified Shiksha reviews of BCom students and alumni of Sri Sri University. The placements at SSU have been beneficial for some students, while others may feel they did not meet their expectations. Check out the reviews below: Gunjan Pratim Das: "Almost 75% were placed in some well known organisations. The highest package I heard was of around 74 LPA (MBA) and so on I guess the reader can make out the amount of average package people were getting. I myself did internship in TCS for some months it was really an amazing experience, one should definitely do internship once in a while, boosts your confidence and increase your knowledge a lot".Sachin Gupta: "The placements are based on one's performance, whereas our college provides 100% placement assistance and keeps an outlook of every individual growth and academic background to excel in their particular field by providing various types of internships".Ashutosh Nayak: "The college doesn't provide placements for our course. However, there are placements for an MBA course".Mayak Aggarwal: "There was no recruitment drive for the undergraduates except for the IndiGo Airlines recruiting for their ground staff. There are excellent placement drives for the postgraduates but not for the undergraduates". Note: The reviews mentioned here do not represent the opinion of each students and alumni of BCom course from Sri University.

{Source: MBA/PGDM students & alumni}Worthiness of Investment in MBA/PGDM Program at Sri UniversityAfter analyzing the reviews and ratings from various students and alumni, here's a summary of the pros and cons:Pros:* Good Placement Record: With a majority of students (around 90%) getting placed, the placement record of Sri University seems impressive.* Higher Package Offers: The highest package offered was INR13 LPA, and the average package was around INR5-7 LPA, making it attractive for students seeking higher salaries.* Relevant Curriculum: The course curriculum was deemed relevant to the industry, making students "industry-ready" according to several reviewers.* Helpful Faculty: Professors were found to be knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful, providing guidance beyond academics.* Good Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure was described as good, with modern classrooms, a central library, and recreational facilities.Cons:* Limited Industry Exposure: Some students felt that the college could improve in providing industry exposure, which might affect placements.* Quality of Canteen and Mess Food: While the hostel rooms and food quality received positive reviews, some students mentioned that the canteen and mess food was not up to par.* Limited Opportunities for Non-Marketing Roles: Marketing, HR, and Finance roles seemed to dominate the placement scene, leaving fewer opportunities for students interested in other fields. Conclusion:Based on the collective feedback, it appears that the MBA/PGDM programme at Sri University has its strengths, particularly in regards to placement outcomes and faculty support. However, there is scope for improvement in certain areas, such as industry exposure and food quality. Considering these factors, investing in the programme may be worthwhile for individuals looking for a relatively affordable and industry-focused MBA experience. Nevertheless, potential applicants should carefully weigh these pros and cons before making an informed decision.
