It is difficult to get admission in any good college affiliated to Mumbai University with 70% score. You may wait for 2nd or 3rd cut-off list and see if the luck favours you and cut-off comes down to 70%. .

Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Travel Industry Management is a full-time course for 18-months. I think it is not possible to do both the courses simultaneously.
