There are top-notch placements for all branches.
Placements: Around 90% of students get placed in the CE branch with a good package. Our college has a legacy and top-notch placement. Talking about overall placement, it is also great and one of the best in Maharashtra, after IIT Bombay, so you can consider admission with placement in mind.
Infrastructure: The hostel is average. The PG hostel is top-notch, but not everyone gets that. The other hostels are around average, but they are affordable and budget-friendly, with fees around Rs. 22,000 for a normal hostel and Rs. 44,000 for a PG hostel. The food is below average.
Faculty: The exams are tougher in this college compared to other colleges, as the syllabus is deeper than in other colleges. For passing, a minimum of 35-40 marks are required. Regarding course relevancy, it is about 70-30. Some subjects are relevant, while others are not.
Other: I choose this college because of placements.

B.Com. in Financial Markets - Batch of 2028

Good infrastructure, supportive faculty, and strong placement opportunities.
Placements: I’m from the FYBFM batch at KES Shroff College. Around 65 percent of students are placed with top firms like Deloitte, KPMG, and ICICI Bank. Packages range from 2–7 LPA. Many got internships at firms like Motilal Oswal and HDFC Life, with roles in finance, marketing, and operations.
Infrastructure: KES Shroff College has well-equipped classrooms with smart boards, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning. The library is spacious. It has a good collection of finance and management books, along with digital resources. The campus has computer labs, seminar halls, and a clean canteen serving decent food. Medical and first-aid facilities are available on campus. The college also supports sports and cultural activities, with good indoor and outdoor sports arrangements. Overall, the infrastructure is modern and well-maintained. They create a comfortable environment for students.
Faculty: Teachers at KES Shroff College are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They explain concepts clearly and support students with notes, presentations, and doubt-solving sessions. The course curriculum is updated and relevant, giving students a good understanding of financial markets and preparing them for industry roles. Semester exams are moderately difficult but manageable with regular study and attendance. The overall pass percentage is high, usually around 85–90 percent. Teachers guide students well throughout the semester.

This college really provides another experience of learning. All the staff are very friendly.
Placements: About 80 percent of students were placed. The highest package was 24 LPA. The minimum package was 4 LPA. Tata Motors, Wipro, and Infosys recruited. About 80 percent of students got internships in companies like Tata, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Software developer, website developer, and app developer roles were offered.
Infrastructure: The classroom of this college was well-maintained. All the classrooms had a large space, and students were free to visit the library for any work. Gymkhana was located on the 1st floor of the college, which was open freely. Hostels in our college were charged very cheaply compared to other colleges.
Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified, well-dressed, and helpful. All the staff were very friendly, and teachers taught their best. I had pursued a B.Sc. IT, which was very helpful for my career building. It made students ready for their careers. The semester exams were not very difficult as they were based on the syllabus.
Other: I was a science student, and pursuing a B.Sc. IT was my best decision. The canteen of this college was very crowded, and they had a variety of snacks. Events and fests were held regularly with awesome arrangements.

I was dissatisfied and totally disagreed.
Placements: 56% of students received no package offer. HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank offered nearly 25% of students internships at ICICI Bank and SBI Bank. No roles were offered. They did not provide placements or jobs to our course students and were not helpful at all but offered opportunities to others, such as banking, insurance, or accounts and finance students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms were good, but the infrastructure was poor. Food and canteen services were not available. But there were some small stalls outside the college, which were the best thing. Sports, games, and medical facilities were excellent.
Faculty: Teachers were not helpful. The course curriculum was not relevant. The pass percentage was 40%. There was no difficulty in semester exams because of a 40–60 pattern, as our college was autonomous and provided a pattern of 60 written and 40 project marks. Regularity was the key for marks, with a minimum of 75% attendance required.
Other: I chose it because this course offered the best opportunities in the commerce industry. I thought the banking subject could be improved. The fees were high.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2025

Once in a lifetime experience.
Placements: I completed my B.Com in May 2025, and around 90 percent of my batch was pursuing CA or any other finance-related professional courses, which required them to work alongside their studies. As a result, only a few students actively participated in the campus placement. The college attracts excellent opportunities from reputed companies such as ICICI Bank, JP Morgan, etc., offering competitive salary packages. Moreover, the college's strong brand name and reputation help the students pursuing such professional courses secure better work opportunities during their journey (BIG4s and top consulting firms), adding value to their growth.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure honesty is A tier given the feels that is paid for the B.Com course with a fully air-conditioned building, Wi-Fi, and a great library facility with an excellent reading room facility to prepare for studies efficiently. The only problem is the fact that there is no campus as such, and thus, the outdoor arrangement is very limited. Further, there is no hostel facility, and students have to take care of their own arrangements.
Faculty: The teachers are actually one of the successful pillars behind the brand name that the college holds. Every faculty is participative and encouraging and skilled in their own quota, and are always eager to impart knowledge. This is also because the college has a very relevant curriculum, atleast for B.Com, which matches with several professional courses as well, so there is always a fire in classrooms during discussions which keeps the desire to learn awake. Semester Exams are quite difficult, but you can ace them if you have actually paid attention and paid notice to the syllabus.
Other: Since I was a top student in school, there was no doubt that I would opt for NM, given the high reputation and alumni that have passed through this institution. Honestly speaking, everything here may feel grueling at times, especially if you are simultaneously pursuing any professional course, but I can vouch for the fact that these grueling years would make you ready for any adventure in life. The joys during events, class debates, and the cries during studying for exams all build the students silently into a person ready to take on any challenge with courage.

Satisfied with the infrastructure and the okay crowd.
Placements: Companies like the Big 4 do come, but it is diverse and split amongst other colleges on campus, and not many vacancies are available. However, with connections and the alumni network, one can get into premium corporate companies like McKinsey too. Overall, internships are also provided by the college through official groups.
Infrastructure: Great infrastructure, affordable food, and accessible to every student on campus. Wi-Fi is restricted to staff only, you can get it for students as well, but you have to get permission. Classrooms are spacious, labs have old computers, and the canteen is good but pure veg.
Faculty: Teachers are textbook-savvy, a few have real-life experience, while others have entitlement to their post as professors. You will find a lot of activities and submission issues due to teachers being either cooperative or straightforward. However, attendance is not that big an issue for the B. Com course.
Other: Overall, it has a great campus and infrastructure. Opportunities are endless if one forfeits other productive activities and engages in growth through competitions, sports, lectures, and the use of infrastructure facilities.
