If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into IIMs or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2018 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 50th. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges).

The university also gives us the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Professors go for value-based education which is something we as professionals would require in our career. Guest lectures by experts and some really successful people are arranged by our department to widen our scope of learning.
If I talk about faculty,Most of faculty members are from IIM or from elite B- Schools (India/Abroad. They have decade of experience. Faculty was really helping. Even they helped her after regular university hours for her projects.
Entrepreneurship projects are integral part of curriculum and help establish themselves as successful entrepreneurs.I got opportunity to work on community development project on social issues to cultivate social sensitivity and sense of responsibility.
Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. Hello Dhananjay, Both NDIM and UPES have their own benefits, NDIM has a better average package, which is 6.5lakhs whereas UPES has an average package of 4.37lakhs. Last year 100% of students got placed in NDIM and 94% of students got placed in UPES. Taking a recent example 9students got placed in Deloitte within a week's time and they were given the PPO as they performed well in their internship. LPU is definitely good for CSE but you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the same to get admission in LPU. UPES Scores are not considered by LPU. For admission in LPU you need 60% in class 12th with English, Physics and Maths and LPU NEST. Also, you get direct admission in LPU if you have 90% or above in Class 12th or 90 percentile in JEE Mains. Integrated B.Tech MBA is five years of duration course of Nirma University. You can save one year after joining this course. The admission in Integrated B.Tech MBA are based on ranks obtained in JEE Main. Candidates are required to apply separately to Nirma University for this course. The NIRF ranking of Nirma University is 136 in the engineering and 40 in the management in 2020. The admission for academic year 2020 for Integrated B.Tech MBA has been closed now. While UPES Dehradun is the first Indian University to be awarded QS 5 Stars for Academic Development and also rated 5 Stars for Employability, Facilities and programme Strength. The admission in B.Tech courses can be taken here through the exam (UPESSAT) and non exam JEE Main pathways. The NIRF 2020 ranking of UPES is about 167 in engineering.
