Hi Ash, the syllabus of IIMC entrance examination includes everything general and political. If I have to break it down and give you few generic examples, then I would say, general awareness, basic understanding about the social dynamics, awareness about all economic and social issues, knowledge about international affairs and how the power dynamic of the world works, the impact of the said power dynamics on India etc. Apart from these, they also look for your language capabilities, comprehension skills, analytic skills and a little bit of aptitude. The information related to minimum marks in class 12th to apply for IIMC is not given anywhere with best of my knowledge. You have to clear written exam, after that crack GD & then crack interview.

ADMISSION PROCESS:
Written test: Eligible candidates need to appear for the written test conducted by the college.
Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GDPI): Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion/Personal Interview or both based on the score obtained in written test.
The applicants for NRI/NRI sponsored seats are not required to appear for a written examination. However, they will be required to appear for Group Discussion/Interview, or both.

The eligibility criteria for IIMC Entrance Exam 2018 is- only Indian nationals are allowed to take IIMC entrance test for admission in PG Diploma courses. Apart from this, NRIs/NRI-sponsored candidates can apply under the International Students Quota wherein 5 seats are reserved for NRIs/NRI-sponsored candidates in each course.
As per IIMC Entrance Exam 2018 eligibility criteria, only those candidates can apply for this entrance exam who possess a Bachelor's degree (in any discipline). The Bachelor's degree can be in any discipline. Apart from this, aspirants who have already appeared or who are appearing for a degree exam can also apply for IIMC Entrance Exam.
Note: The official website states that candidates who have appeared for or are appearing for a degree examination need to produce at least a provisional certificate in original from their college/university before the date stipulated by IIMC, failing which the provisional admission will stand cancelled.
Age Limit:
Candidates are eligible to appear for IIMC Entrance Exam 2018 as per the below-mentioned requirements:
General Category: Aspirants born on August 1, 1993 or later are eligible to apply.
SC/ST/Physically Handicapped Category: Aspirants born on August 1, 1988 or later are eligible to apply.
OBC Category: Aspirants born on August 1, 1990 or later are eligible to apply.

IIMC:
The course consists of the core curriculum (compulsory credit courses and compulsory non-credit courses), a summer internship (compulsory industry training between first and second year) and elective courses
Electives offered are Behavioural Sciences, Economics, Finance, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Management Centre for Human Values
In addition to the above-mentioned electives student also have an option to select from Operations, Public Policy and Management and Strategic Management
Students are provided with an option to opt for Master in Management (MIM) programme from ESCP Europe provided they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria

JMI (Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi ) Scholarships and Funding
Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Scholarship - Under this scheme gross fee charged by the university will be reimbursed to the student subject to the maximum limit of Rs. 10,000 per student per annum. Candidates whose family incomes is less than INR 2 LPA, who have passed 10+2 or completed graduation from a recognised university are eligible for the scholarship.
