This fee only includes the cost of tuition for the BTech programme and does not consist of the mess fee or the hostel fee. The fee is taken from unofficial sources and hence is indicative. To apply for JEE Main 2023, candidates must pay the application fee of INR 1,000 for Boys and INR 800 for Girls. Yes, IIT BHU offers Merit-cum-Means scholarships to 25% undergraduate students. Besides, there are several endowment scholarships offered by the Institute. Some other facilities are also provided to undergraduate students in the form of Institute free studentship, scholarships, reimbursement of mess charges and pocket allowances to the students belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. All the students (non-sponsored) admitted to M.Tech or MPharm programmes are provided financial assistance equivalent to the Junior Research Fellowships. The institute also offers a large number of Junior/Senior Research Fellowships to students admitted to PhD programmes.
