IIT BHU Varanasi offers an MTech program, which is among the highly sought-after programs at the institution. This is a two year programme and is divided into four semesters. Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 1277 and closing rank was 1318. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 2983 and 2983. Admission to Integrated BTech +M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering in Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. For 2023, cut off was 3785 for SC candidates in All India quota for Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) in Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 24641 was the closing rank. BArch cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
