The MBA programme at University of Madras is offered on campus full-time, while the IDE MBA programme is offered remotely.A regular MBA offers a more comprehensive education, including classes, campus life, networking opportunities, extracurricular activities, etc. The IDE MBA emphasizes independent study.Compared to IDE, the University of Madras has a far stronger reputation and brand. Placements on campuses are much superior. The cost of an IDE MBA is extremely low—just Rs 35,000–40,000 for two years. MBA from University of Madras costs ten times more.A normal MBA can be finished in two years, but an IDE MBA can take up to four years. In conclusion, IDE MBA provides a more flexible and cost-effective option for those seeking an immersive full-time MBA program, even though Madras University's regular MBA programme is the better choice working professionals through distance mode.
