Through my personal experiences, one thing is assured and that thing is, you will never regret getting admitted to the Institute of Law, Nirma University, and residing in Ahmedabad for five years. It's because of some unique features that make it preferable over many low-tier NLUs. Firstly, the culture on campus is highly professional and it helps in easily relating to work-life balances similar to corporate law firms. It is friendly and comfortable too i.e. Seniors, Professors, and Staff are very helpful and caring. Secondly, Moot and debate culture and their achievements give a glorious glimpse of competitiveness, growth, and a hardworking culture. Thirdly, the institute curriculum and timing keep you very much involved in the pedagogical studies throughout the semester. Fourthly, as a student, this institute benefits your overall development by giving you enough exposure to various fields. Sports, Literature, Drama, Moot Courts, Debates, MUNs, Researches, Dancing and Singing skills etc. It gives you ample opportunities to hone your skills. Fifthly, I believe that the highly developed city, of Ahmedabad, will transform your thought processes in many ways whereas other low-tier Nlus are located on the outskirts of the cities and have inadequate facilities and poor infrastructure and amenities which will hinder many growth variations as an adult especially in large span of five-year course for becoming future job ready.

Mess food quality is good and they provide food to students 4 times a day. Also there are 3 canteens available in the University which is also providing decent food. Healthy, clean, and high-quality meals are served to the students in a well-kept dining hall, which mostly serves South Indian cuisine and is tasty. The institution claims that they operate a fully working canteen to supply sanitary meals to the employees and students. 

If a student fails the internal exams at Institute of Technology Nirma University, it may affect their overall performance in the course. Moreover, students here have the chance to take an improvement test in the compulsory courses. If students have already informed to faculty advisor then she/he can help you and fix an issue but if you haven't informed then you will lose your marks.

One of the most significant events is 'Vaudeville,' which is the annual cultural festival of the institute. This festival is a rainbow event with dance, theatre, drama, and music lending the colors. Other cultural events that take place at the Institute of Technology include Dandiya, KALP, NUZEAL, and ELYSIAN and many more.

The biggest ever cultural event of Nirma University is hosted by the Institute Of Law from 20 April - 23 April, 2023. It was successfully conducted by the National Fest Committee, NFC (Connaissance). Numerous events were organized and conducted in this 4-day event and they are as follows: A variety of sports events, including table-tennis, cricket, football, basketball, volleyballMusic and Dance competitions, featuring both the group and solo performancesFinance and Legal competitions for those interested in business, legal and economicsLiterary events for writers and poets to showcase their skillsCultural Nights on the 22nd and 23rd April, featuring performances by renowned artists like. Institute of Law, Nirma University offers a LL.M. degreeprogrammeof one year on the basis of performance in the All India CLAT (PG) examination. Besides the CLAT PG score, the university demands a graduate to showcase his LL.B. degree attained through a Five year integrated law degreeprogrammeor a Three yearprogrammewith a minimum of aggregate 55% marks. It offers two specializations- First, Constitutional and Administrative Law; Second, Criminal and Security Law with 15 seats in each of the above specializations. The institute provides an in campus hostel facility to the PG students. Admission procedure at campus is based on the counseling in which CLAT rank (as mentioned on merit list) is given weightage of 70% and remaining 30% weightage is based on work experience or job profile, if any. 

The International Institute of Management and Technical Studies is affiliated with the Gujarat State Centre of the Institution of Engineers and provides postgraduate and Diploma programmes. It provides courses through the Kumaun University of Nainital's HRDC-UGC. The institute provides its courses in Gulf nations like Dubai and has a long-established international branch in London, United Kingdom.
