The average package for MBA in finance & hr is between Rs.3-4 lakhs pa. For MBA in marketing it is Rs.4-5 lakhs pa.

MAIT is better than Dias as it has a much bigger campus.
Moreover in MAIT other than academics you also get exposure to Extra Curricular Activities. Placements I would say are at par for both colleges. Finance & hr average package Rs.3-4 lakhs

No there is no such difference in terms of package for both shifts. Only timings differ
For morning shift timings are 9-4
&evening 10-5.

It would be difficult to get MAIT with this rank. last year students with rank up to 865 were given admission.
You can get DIAS easily.

No, you would not participate in normal counseling sessions and you would not have to pay the academic fees.you will have to pay the total fees along with Rs.40,000 registration fees in spot counseling session.
