Good placements in MAIT. Teachers are coordinating.
Placements: 40% students are placed in the MAIT of the 2026 batch. The highest package offered is 18LPA, and the lowest is 3.5LPA. Top recruiters in my course are Salescode. Ai, ZS Associate. Less than 30% students got internships. Top roles offered are SDE, Software Testing, etc.
Infrastructure: There are well equipped labs, classrooms, and a library with a strong Wi-Fi connection. Labs and classrooms are equipped with ACs. Classrooms are equipped with a monitor and are fully ventilated. Labs also have well mannered and trained assistants who help students with any sort of problem.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also good. Course curriculum is relevant at the industrial level. Semester exams are not very difficult here. 40% is the pass percentage. During semester exams, you just have to study for 1 week before exams, and you are all set.
Other: In my course, the best thing is that if you put in a little effort and study a little hard, you can easily get a package. Companies really come here to hire students. Events and fests are also very good.

My college is my choice, a good choice.
Placements: The highest package of last year was around 64 LPA, and the lowest was around 4 LPA. It has a decent placement record, you can only get placed if you have skills. The top companies that visited the college are Infosys, Amazon, etc. Also, Amazon have a works tie-up.
Infrastructure: Faculty are good, and quite helpful, and they also help when help is needed. Lawns are also well-equipped, and Wi-Fi strength is good. However, sports facilities are below average, and there are no major events related to them. Hence, quite good.
Faculty: There are three exams in each semester. Two are mid-semester exams, and one is the end-of-semester exam. The mid-semester exams are of 30 marks, the end-of-semester exams are of 60 marks, and 40 marks are internal based on your lab performance and mid-semester marks.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college events.
Placements: The placements are decent, as it depends on your skill level and social life. You have to balance everything so that you can grab opportunities and ace them. The placement now highly depends on you. You can try for off-campus too, the college will bring some opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is nice, but the availability of hostels is low. As I am a girl, the girls’ hostel isn't there on the campus. The boys' hostel is on the campus but it is too expensive, so I would suggest you take a PG. The classrooms are okay not that good, but decent enough.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and are pretty good nature-wise if you attend their classes. I would suggest you have good communication with the teachers so that afterwards you can get internal marks and they will help you in the long run. The curriculum in the first year, I think, is not relevant because it is all related to 12th stuff.
Other: I chose this course obviously for placement (B.Tech CSE). The crowd here is midβ€”you can find good people as well as bad people (like in every college life). The fest here is not good, to be honest, and events too, so you have to enjoy all by yourself.

Strong placement, decent infrastructure, and average faculty members.
Placements: Around 70-80% of students get placed. The highest package is 35 LPA, average is 6 LPA - 7 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiters include Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, and Wipro. Nearly 60% of students secure internships in startups/IT firms. Roles offered are SDE, analyst, and developer at Amazon.
Infrastructure: MAIT offers good infrastructure with Wi-Fi, spacious classrooms, computer labs, and a well-stocked library. Hostel facilities are average. Mess food is decent. Canteen is good. Sports facilities are available, and basic medical support is provided. It is a good college.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified but teaching quality is average. Some teachers are helpful. Curriculum follows IPU, somewhat outdated, not fully industry-ready. Exams are moderate, mostly theory-based, with a high pass percentage of around 80-90%. Exams are based on GSSIPU University.
Other: I have this choice because I want to pursue software engineering, and I am interested in the computer field. Coding in our college makes for better events, and it's not there only study.

Life in MAIT - From fests to studies.
Placements: Around 85-90% of students are placed in great companies at varying packages through campus placements. The highest package last year was around 52 LPA, the lowest package was around 4 LPA with average package was around 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Top companies in my course are Google, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, and Amazon. 60-70% of students in my batch are offered paid and unpaid internships in companies such as Nvidia, Wipro, Goldman Sachs, and TCS. Roles like software engineer or developer, data scientist or analyst, and machine learning engineers.
Infrastructure: Campus infrastructure is quite old but is in decent condition, and same for the hostel. Labs are not very big but have decent facilities. The lab faculty is very supportive and very helpful. Wi-Fi is very weak. Library is quite big and has a lot of very good books and journals which vary from engineering books to books for management studies. Quality of food in the canteen is great in taste and quality, and also at an affordable price. Sports and games are not very prominent in college, and curriculum is the main focus.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive, especially the lab faculty. They are all Ph.D. holders so very knowledgeable and great teachers. The curriculum is very relevant and makes students ready for real-life situations in the future, especially the lab period, which helps in understanding and prepares them for what can happen in the real world. Semester exams in the college are not very difficult, and mostly moderate in difficulty level. The pass percentage is around 30% and varies from exam to exam.
Other: I have always had an interest in gaming and trying to build apps and games which requires coding and that is what motivated me to choose B.Tech in CSE. The best part about my course is that I will get to build games and apps. I think my course could be improved by adding a few more practical, fests, and activities. Events and fests such as Techsurge and Mridang. Smart India Hackathons can be very fun, learning and crucial experiences for CSE students. Campus crowd is mixed but decent. Extracurricular activities are not so prominent.

MAIT offers you everything exceptionally well, just go with the flow.
Placements: Placement ratio is quite nice here. All the top firms come here like Amazon, DE Shawarma, Flipkart, Microsoft, etc. Quite a decent amount of students received internships here. The highest package this year is about 60 LPA - 70 LPA with roles of software developer, graphic designer, etc.
Infrastructure: I am not enrolled in hostel but my friends say that rooms are spacious, clean, and fully furnished with ACs, beds, almirah, and study tables. They are highly raised about the mess food which is too good. There are sports for hostel students like tennis, badminton, and board games.
Faculty: I find my faculty to be very good genuinely. They teach too nicely, and the content delivered is of top quality. I feel like they should have involved more coding classes in the first year. Semester exams are moderate, not too tough neither too easy while mid-semester exams are quite easy.
Other: I took B.Tech in CSE because this is amongst the best colleges in Delhi, except IIT, IIIT, and DTU. Crowd here is very nice and friendly. Due to MAIMS with us fest keep happening even if it's on a smaller scale. August to November period is heaven for fest lovers. There are all sports activities here with equipments and well maintained.

Admission to B.Tech in Β Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology is mainly through a valid score of JEE and then followed by counselling. In Lateral entry, they also consider the IPUCET score which is their own entrance test.
