Hello Nishar Ahmed, Masters' Union began its journey in the year 2020 as a private institute offering a programme of post graduation in technology and business management, which was a 16 months duration course that was colloquially called as MBA. Perhaps this Institute wanted space for itself in this field and hence refused to offer undergraduate courses for some years before relenting and beginning to undergraduate courses of 4 years duration. The total tuition fees to be paid by a student for the undergraduate courses that this Institute offers is about rupees 38 lakhs. Even though this fees is appearing to be quite exorbitant students are flocking to this Institute because the median salaries that are offered to its students during placement seasons are quite high at above rupees 35 lakhs. Best wishes to you.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, Masters Union has a very unique system of giving admissions. It charges a hefty sum as registration fees for students who want to take admission but of course this is adjusted in the tuition fees subsequently. It perhaps does not believe in any of the standard National held entrance exams for business schools like GMAT or CAT et cetera. It claims that it's admission process is looking at the "holistic approach" about a students journey till the time and not mearly at the numbers the student may have obtained in any exam. This institution insists that each and every person who seeks admission has to appear for an entrance exam which they conduct themselves called MUBAAT. Result of this exam plays a pivotal role in selection of the student for the course. But it's not nearly the performance in this exam that can get the student of a letter from this institute for admission but many more things like writing on essay and also to video essays to be submitted to the assessment team. This team then short lists the students and calls them for another round of interview, before finally offering a seat in this prestigious Institute. Thus we can see that merey scoring good marks in the entrance exam is not enough to get admission in this institution. Best wishes to you

Hello Nishar Ahmed, to compare two institutes is quite a tough job. This is so because the parameters are not defined on which to compare. It can so of happen that one Institute is better on some parameters while the other Institute is better on other parameters. Depends on the user to decide which parameters one is looking for and then select the institute. Here there is a similar story. Soil Institute offers MBA of a duration of 12 months which is recognised by AICTE and the fees are about ?15 lacs. These are perhaps the factors which are in favour of this Institute. In the case of Masters' Union the course duration is of 16 months and the fees are almost rupees 38 lacs. In addition it is not recognised by either AICTE or UGC. But on the other side the average CTC that the students obtained is to the tune of rupees 35 Lacs while for Soil Institute it is about 15 lakhs. Another thing to consider is that Soil Institute has an intake of about 480 students while Masters' Union accepts just about 60. The selection procedure of both these institutes is almost similar with few exceptions. Aall in all, I feel Masters' Union is a better choice since it boasts of average CTC of rupees 35 Lacs which is much superior to the average that students of soil Institute get. But then getting admission looks rather tough, since there are only 60 seats as compared with almost 500 seats in the Soil Institute. Best wishes to you.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, it is a very interesting question that every student likes to know because it gives the student an idea about the chances of getting admission. However in case of Masters' Union this possibility is just not existing. This is because this institution has announced on the websites itself that there are no cut off for seeking admission in this Institute. And this is proven by the fact that this Institute gives admissions for this supposedly equivalent to MBA course, to even those students who are not even graduate in any branch. They do not publish the ranking obtained by the students in the entrance examination which they conduct called MUBAAT but instead communicate to the students about their being shortlisted and then they call them for the next round of admission process. Even here the students are individually informed about their being selected and offered the admission while others are intimated that they are in the waiting list and to others that they have not made the cut. As a result of this elaborate procedure no one can find out what is the cut off. Best wishes to you.
