Further, the median package offered during PGP TBM (Technology and Business Management) placements 2024 stood at INR 27.66 LPA. Apart from this, 148 recruiters participated during Masters' Union placements 2024 for PGP TBM program.

Masters’ Union Placement Overview 2025
According to the Masters’ Union summer internship program report 2025, UG students from the classes of 2027 and 2028 received over 350 internship offers. The UG batch included 280 students. Out of the total offers, 90% of these were paid roles, and the highest stipend stood at INR 2.55 lakh (USD $ 3,100).
The highest and average package offered during Masters' Union PGP TBM placements 2024 stood at INR 61.8 LPA and INR 28.52 LPA, respectively. Apart from this, the average package offered for roles such as Founder’s Office & Chief of Staff stood at INR 26.12 LPA with offer distribution of 11.2%. In addition, for top roles in the domain of Marketing, Finance and Data Analytics, the average package offered during PGP TBM placements 2024 stood at INR 23.25 LPA, INR 33.44 LPA and INR 33.12 LPA, respectively.
According to the Masters' Union PGP TBM placement report 2024, strong placement results were recorded in niches of Founder’s Office, VC, AI and International placements. During this placement drive, 15% of the total students founded Startups whereas 4 students raised VC funds of 200K dollars before Graduation. Some of the students even pitched for Shark Tank during placements 2024.
Top and on-demand companies such as Zomato and Zepto made more than 12 offers each. Importantly, 3.03X salary jump was also witnessed from Pre-MBA Level during PGP TBM placements 2024. A total of 10 offers were received from international recruiters while 5 offers were made in the Venture Capital sector. 3 offers were made at cutting-edge AI companies whereas 28 offers were made from Quick Commerce companies such as Flipkart, Zepto and Blinkit.
A total of 37% offers were made with early joining and 12% offers were made in Founders’ Office, giving students the space to learn directly from the founders. A total of 148 companies visited the campus during Masters' Union PGP TBM placements 2024 that included Startups, Legacy Companies, and Mid-Size Companies.
In comparison to abroad colleges where global recession has restricted job opportunities, Masters’ Union has better placement record with average package going up to INR 28.5 LPA in 2024.
There is limited networking access with CXOs in colleges abroad, however, Masters’ Union students get the opportunity to network with the Indian start-up and corporate ecosystem. This gives students an extra edge to get the required mentorship and recruiters access.

Masters’ Union Placement Report 2025
According to the Masters’ Union summer internship program report 2025, UG students from the batch of 2027 and 2028 received over 350 internship offers. The UG batch included 280 students. More than 120 companies across India, Dubai, San Francisco and Abu Dhabi offered roles in domains such as Global Consulting, Venture Capital Funds, High-Growth Startups, etc. High-Growth Startups emerged as the top recruiting sector wherein 35% internship offers were made. It was followed by Finance & Strategy Consulting and Consumer Goods & Services with 25% and 20% placement distribution. 10% offers were made each in Product & Tech and Impact & Policy domains. Some of the top recruiters included EY, PwC, KPMG and Nestle.
