It does not list in the top 10 colleges but still, I will say it is a really good college.
6 years ago I got 87.1 percentile in JEE Mains 2019. Can I get National Institute of Technology, Puducherry? My OBC rank is 42650.

As you have scored 84 percentile in JEE Mains exam, so you are eligible to take admission in sikkim or Mizoram. Yes, you can get a seat with this score. Just participate in the counselling process. Best of luck.

If we consider your SC category rank, you can get admission in VNIT under 2000 category rank in a good branch. So, as per that you can predict yourself.
