It may not add value if you are looking at clinical practice. but if you aspire to be in managing hospitals, then it is better to do MBA. There is not a particular process of preparing yourself for GD-PI, but what you can do is start reading newspapers (regularly), try to get some insights from quora or other platforms (online). Also, you can join some coaching classes for GD -PI practices.
