SBM NMIMS admissions are entrance-based. The selection for MBA (flagship course) is subject to a valid score in NMAT by GMAC. Admission to the courses is a two-step process consisting of an entrance exam followed by a Case Discussion and Personal Interview (CD-PI) session, conducted by the B-school itself. Selection Process
The next step is to shortlist the candidates for the next round. In this round candidates will be selected based on NMAT sectional and total scores. However, if any seats remain vacant after counselling roundshave been concluded, candidates can get direct admission through their Class 12 board exam scores.

Counselling rounds for NMIMS Mumbai BTech admissions will continue until 23rd June. After this, admission results and merit-list will be declared. NMIMS Mumbai admissions are scheduled to conclude by 27th July for BTech courses.

No, fresh applications for BTech admission at NMIMS Mumbai are no longer being accepted for 2026. Candidates were required to apply for BTech course within last week of May.
Thus, candidates who want to apply for BTech at NMIMS Mumbai must now wait for academic year 2026.

Yes, candidates who want to apply for NMIMS Mumbai BTech admission must pass Class 12 board exams in PCM stream. In addition to this, candidates need to also have English as a mandatory subject in Class 12 to fulfill NMIMS Mumbai BTech eligibility criteria.
