SBM NMIMS Admission Overview 2025
SBM NMIMS admissions are entrance-based. The selection for MBA (flagship course) is subject to a valid score in NMAT by GMAC. Admission to the courses is a two-step process consisting of an entrance exam followed by a Case Discussion and Personal Interview (CD-PI) session, conducted by the school itself. NMAT 2025 registration window is open for admission to MBA/PGDM courses for the academic session 2025-27. SBM NMIMS under SKVM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) offers full-time, part-time and various other specialised Management courses, including PhD.

School of Business Management NMIMS accepts NMAT by GMAC scores for admission to the MBA courses. Candidates seeking admission to the MBA course need to follow the step-wise SBM NMIMS admission process, which includes registration for NMAT, registration for NMIMS, appearing for the NMAT exam, selection process, fee payment and document submission.
Step 1: SBM NMIMS Application Process 2025
The B-School accept applications via online mode. Aspirants shall apply for the respective entrance exam through the official website of the exam conducting body. Candidates need to pay an application fee to register for a course.
Step 2: Register at NMIMS
It is mandatory to complete the NMAT by GMAC test registration and payment before proceeding with the NMIMS application. To register at NMIMS, aspirants need to visit www.nmims.edu with their NMAT by GMAC™ registration number to complete the application process.
Step 3: Selection Process
The next step is to shortlist the candidates for the next round. In this round candidates will be selected based on NMAT sectional and total scores. After this, NMIMS will conduct a psychometric test or Written Analytic Test (WAT) along with a personal Interview for the final shortlisting process. For MBA Part-time and diploma course, the institute conducts an essay test followed by a personal interview round for selection.
Step 4. Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment
Shortlisted candidates are then required to submit the admission fee to confirm their seats. Call letters will neither be emailed nor sent by post. The call letter will be declared on the students’ dashboard.
