NMIMS School of Business Management Placement 2022: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Companies ,Vile Parle West

Despite the pandemic, SKVM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies School of Business Management (also known as NMIMS SBM Mumbai) welcomed more than 180 companies to NMIMS SBM Mumbai placements 2022 drive to recruit students from its flagship courses viz MBA Core and MBA HR. The average package for the MBA Core programme was recorded at INR 23.07 LPA, whereas the MBA HR programme witnessed an average package of INR 19.40 LPA.

Final Placements 

  • As compared to 2021, the highest CTC offered to MBA Core programme students witnessed an increment of more than 66.04% during NMIMS SBM 2022 placements drive 
  • In 2022, the highest salary package received by MBA HR programme students increased by more than 73.99% when compared to 2021 placements 
  • When compared to 2021, the total number of Fortune-500 companies that participated in MBA Core placements 2022 witnessed a hike of more than 4.91% 
  • In 2022, the total number of recruiters that participated in the MBA HR placements drive decreased by more than 38.46% when compared to NMIMS SBM 2021 placements 

During the campus placements, more than a quarter of the 2022 batch received PPOs (Pre-Placement Offers) because of their extraordinary academic performance. Some of the top recruiting companies that participated in NMIMS SBM Mumbai placements 2022 included ICICI Bank, CRISIL, L&T, PwC, Accenture, Wipro, Amazon and TATA, among various others. 

Apart from the final placements, the college also witnessed exemplary statistics in the summer internship programmes. Students from the MBA Core programme were offered the highest stipend of INR 4 lakh per month, while the highest stipend presented during MBA HR summer placements 2022 was about INR 3.20 lakh per month. The number of new companies that partook in SBM Mumbai MBA Core placements decreased by more than 7.31% in 2022 (compared to 2021). However, the number of Fortune-500 companies increased by 4.91%. A comparative analysis of the number of participating companies is illustrated in the bar graph below:

As compared to the 2021 placements drive, the total number of companies that visited the School of Business Management Mumbai placements drive for the MBA Human Resources programme decreased by more than 38.46% in 2022. However, the total number of Fortune-500 companies that participated in the placements remained the same for both years (11). The bar graph below illustrates a trend for the total number of recruiting companies that partook in NMIMS SBM Mumbai MBA HR placements:

Consulting observed the highest number of on-campus placements (84%) followed by Start-Up, Logistics & E-Commerce (80%). Similarly, the highest number of PPOs was offered by the Automobile, Conglomerate, Manufacturing, Power, Oil & Gas sectors (52%). Placements: In our college, almost 80% of students are placed. Most IT sector companies, FMCG companies, and banks will allow you to join them.
