Sri Venkateswara College is better when it comes to crowd and studies. Both are good but SVC is any day better.

Depends on the course you want to choose. SVC is good for both arts and Science. Personally, I would recommend SVC.

Both the colleges have equally good placement opportunities. SVC has a very dedicated placement cell. Package records have been very good in the year 2017-18 with the highest being 16 LPA.

Phase two counseling for Which course and college? As per my knowledge no course in DU is based upon counseling. Just a cut-off list is released as per your marks in class 12.

Admissions are to be closed because the last date of admission is ended. But you can try your luck by visiting the college and talk to the concerned authority or admission commute. If the seats are vacant they will give you admission.

Seats are available but your percentage does not meet the desired cut-off (sixth list) which is 82% for OBC. Try in other colleges. If vacant seats are available and the cut-off goes down then you may check again.
