BTech admission at  NITTE University is provided based on the NUCAT score. The candidates must appear for NUCAT to get admission. NUCAT Scores are used by the university to determine the eligibility of students for admission to the chosen programme. It may also be used to assign scholarships and financial aid.

NUCAT exam will be conducted in 3 phases.

NUCAT Test 1 was conducted on 22 Feb ' 26 and 23 Feb ' 26

NUCAT Test 2 will be conducted from 25 Apr ' 26 to 27 Apr ' 26

NUCAT Test 3 will be conducted from 26 May ' 26 to 28 May ' 26

NUCAT syllabus is released on the official website. NUCAT syllabus for BTech includes subjects link Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates can check the syllabus on the Shiksha.com page.

NUCAT exam is conducted for a total of 120 marks. There will be questions for 40 marks from Physics, Chemistry and Maths. There is no negative marking in NUCAT 2026. For each correct answer, 1 mark is given.

NUCAT exam is easy to crack. It depends on the level of exam preparation and the understanding of the subjects. To score well in the exam, candidates must go through the syllabus and exam pattern.
