NUCAT

Candidates not attending NUCAT counselling will not be given admission in college. Candidates must follow schedule and attend counselling. If you do not attend, your name may be removed from merit list, and you may not be able to get admission to university. Therefore, it is important to attend counselling process and complete admission formalities as per schedule.

The seat allocation during NUCAT 2026 counselling is based on the candidate's NUCAT score, availability of seats, and other criteria set by the university. If a candidate is offered a seat, they can confirm the acceptance of the seat by paying the first-year fees through various online payment modes or by submitting a demand draft in person at NMAMIT, Nitte.

The documents required for NUCAT counselling are:

• Original and photocopies of educational certificates.
• NUCAT admit card.
• NUCAT scorecard.
• Documents as specified by the university.

NUCAT counselling is usually conducted in online mode. The mode of counselling is usually communicated by the university to the candidates. The candidates must take all the required documents for document verification after the counselling process. The candidates can confirm the seat allotted by paying the first-term course fee. 

The round 1 NUCAT 2026 counselling was conducted from June 11 to 15. If seats remain vacant after the first round, a second round counselling will be held. The details about vacant seats and the schedule for round 2 counselling will be announced in the official website soon.

The NUCAT result is determined based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the NUCAT 2026. The Class 12 marks of the candidate are not considered while allotting ranks. The ranks are allotted to the candidates only based on their NUCAT 2026 score. 

NUCAT results has been released on official website. Candidates can download it online. Candidates need not visit the campus to check for results. The Nitte University Common Admission Test (NUCAT) rank will be published on the Test platform yaksha.nitte.edu.in. 

To check your NUCAT result, you can follow these steps:

• Log in to the official website of Nitte University using your registered credentials.
• Click on the "NUCAT 2025 Result" link on the homepage.
• Enter your application number and other required details to access your result.
• Your NUCAT result will be displayed on the screen.

Note that the direct link to check your result will also be provided on this page. However, it is not available yet as the NUCAT result have not been announced. Once the result is announced, you can check your score and rank on the official website of Nitte University.

The NUCAT Rank list was released on June 7, 2026. The NUCAT rank has been displayed on the test portal by Nitte University. Candidates having their name in the merit list can participate in the counselling for admission to the university.
