The NUCAT result is determined based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the NUCAT 2026. The Class 12 marks of the candidate are not considered while allotting ranks. The ranks are allotted to the candidates only based on their NUCAT 2026 score.

NUCAT results will be released on official website. Candidates can download it online. Candidates need not visit the campus to check for results. The Nitte University Common Admission Test (NUCAT) rank will be published on the Test platform yaksha.nitte.edu.in.

To check your NUCAT result, you can follow these steps:

  • Log in to the official website of Nitte University using your registered credentials.
  • Click on the "NUCAT 2025 Result" link on the homepage.
  • Enter your application number and other required details to access your result.
  • Your NUCAT result will be displayed on the screen.

Note that the direct link to check your result will also be provided on this page. However, it is not available yet as the NUCAT result have not been announced. Once the result is announced, you can check your score and rank on the official website of Nitte University.

The NUCAT Rank list will be released on June 20, 2026. The NUCAT rank will be displayed on the test portal by Nitte University. The merit list will be available on the official website. The exact dates are usually communicated beforehand. The candidates will be called for counselling after the results are announced.

The duration of NUCAT exam is usually 2 hours. NUCAT can be taken at home or at exam centre. Technical requirements to take test online are as follows:

  • Computer CPU: i3 Processor or equivalent (higher always recommended)
  • Computer RAM: 4 GB (higher is always recommended)
  • Operating System (OS):

Windows 10 (x64) Windows 11  (x64,) Ubuntu 18.4 or 20.4 version (x64) MAC OS (Version 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14, 10.15, 11, 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 11.5, and 11.6)

  • Browser: Google Chrome (90 and above) or Microsoft Edge (90 and above)

A separate NUCAT application form must be submitted for each exam. The candidates must pay a separate application fee for each application. Candidates can take a maximum of 3 tests; the best score will be considered for admission.

NUCAT 2026 application form is available on official website. NUCAT application form for test 2 currently available. Candidates can click on the link given and fill all the details, and submit form. The details to be filled in application form are personal details, educational details, etc.

A laptop or desktop is the primary device used to attend the exam. The mobile can be used as the third eye. Candidates cannot attend the exam only with a mobile phone.

CET/COMEDK score will not be considered for B.Tech. admission at NMAMIT. The BTech admission will be based on the NUCAT score only. The candidates who score above the cutoff score in NUCAT will be given admission to the B.Tech programme at NMAMIT

Based on the NUCAT scores of the candidate scholarship will be provided to the candidate at NMAMIT. Top NUCAT scorers are given 20% of the seats in each programme. These 20% candidates will be given admission with scholarships up to 40% of the required fee, based on inter-se merit. If qualified, applicants may apply for any government or community-based organisation-sponsored scholarships.
