If after the PU UGLAW 2026 counselling based on the final merit list, seats remain vacant, then those seats will be available for candidates on the waiting list. Subsequent counsellings are declared from time to time subject to the declaration of vacant seats within the prescribed University admission schedule with prior approval of DUI.

It is mandatory for students to attend the PU UGLAW counselling and seat filling in person, although the registration process is online.Candidates whose names appear in the provisional merit list need to appear in the PU UGLAW 2026 counselling to confirm their seats for UG Law courses. The candidate selected for admission are required to deposit the original certificates and pay the prescribed admission fees.

The entrance test for admission to the BA LLB and BCom LLB at the Panjab University is considered to be of moderate level. The questions asked in the PU UGLaw entrance exam are asked from current events. However, to crack the exam in first attempt, candidates must refer to the best books and along with that practice question papers to get an overall idea about the exam. With the right preparation material and strategy, cracking PU UGLaw will be easy.

Yes,  0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer in PU UGLaw exam and candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer.
