There is no fixed percentage cutoff for every year. However based on recent merit lists the BA Arts cutoff generally falls around 35% to 55% (Class 12 marks) for most categories depending on the round and seat availability. Since BA is a non-technical course, admission is mostly merit-based and relatively easier compared to professional courses, so a score like 66% is usually considered safe for BA Economics in this college.

For B.Tech CSBS admission, the basic eligibility at LPU is passing 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and English, along with a minimum required percentage as per current university guidelines. Admission is generally based on LPUNEST or other accepted national entrance exams. The CSBS program is designed with a mix of computer science and business subjects, so students interested in technology with management understanding usually find it useful for future industry roles and placement opportunities.

Some may even conduct an in-house entrance test. You simply have to check the list of colleges offering direct admissions for their BCA programme. Even with 45% in Class 12, getting admission in BCA is possible in some colleges. Alternatively, you may apply for an open university.
