During the allotment process, the candidate's qualifying status in AAT and JEE Advanced ranks will be taken into consideration by the authorities. Therefore, the candidates are required to accordingly submit their choice of colleges for BArch admissions during the counselling process.

Hi Harsh, For making your improvement exam marks in consider with your admission application, you need to appear for all the subjects in the consecutive year. You can't just sit for one or two subjects. And if you have appeared for all the subjects again in the next year, BITS will definitely consider your candidature. All the best.

For last year, the closing rank for B.Tech. in Civil Engineering was 11217 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in IIT Gandhinagar - Indian Institute of Technology.
