For admission into IIT, Kharagpur you need to take JEE Advance and score some really good marks,however as per your marks you aren't qualified for JEE Advance so prepare for next year.

I think you should get around 75-80 GATE score in order to get your desired seat in the desired college which is IIT Kharagpur for CSE. So, you have to work hard. Good luck!

To get a lateral entry in any engineering college the procedure is you have to register through DTE website (type DTE on the Google and visit the first link). Second, after the registration, you have to fill the option form for any query. There are ARC centres or FRC centres, they will definitely help.
