Hello,
The admission into IITs for undergraduate programmes is based on the ranks in JEE Advanced.
For JEE Advanced, the syllabus is NCERT’s class 11th and 12th. But the difficulty level is quite high.

Simple but significant,

Hii,
For any IIT you should have to score around 180+ Because the availability of seats is very low. To get into IITs you need a rank under 70. General candidates, with 193+ marks, can make it to IIT Bombay. Hope it helps.

Having a mark of 75 marks in JEE Mains from the OBC category, it is highly unlikely that you can get admission in an IIT. The expected cutoff for the OBC students in JEE Mains 2025 will be about 79.67 percentile. Considering your mark, you are likely not to achieve the required benchmark to apply for JEE Advanced, which is a prerequisite to apply for admission in IIT. But you can try out other engineering colleges, NITs and private colleges, that have lower cutoffs and might be able to provide programs on your rank.
