Hi Vethika,
Yes, you will have to crack JEE advance with good marks to get admission in IITs. If you score around 50% in advance then there is a high probability that you will get an old IIT with a branch of your choice. For getting into NIT, IIIT's and other good colleges you must crack JEE Mains.
Thank you!

No, there is no such scheme by which you can be transported to IITs.
NIT is also a very good college and once selected in it you can change your stream according to your marks but no college transfer scheme is there.

If you have all your documentation in place, changing the name post-Class 12th will not cause any issues for admissions at JEE-accepting colleges. For applying to JEE after a name change, use your new names as in the affidavit when you fill up the application form for JEE. Upload name change affidavit and gazette notification / newspaper publication (if any) Attach the affidavit during admissions, along with certificates of class 10th and class 12 provided your old name. It is done to maintain the consistency and making this you can avoid any trouble at getting your documents verified.
