First of all congratulation for getting IIT-B. You should have to wait till the counselling process is over. For further details you have to visit to csab. Nic. In.

If you want to get admission in good IITs and NITs , you will have to score nearly 300 marks in JEE Mains exam. Then, you have to appear for JEE Advanced exam. If you will get good marks in both exams, you will get really a very good IITs and NITs.
Same advise for IIST. JEE Mains and Advanced exams are required to get admission in IIST.

There is no lateral entry admission in IIT Bombay, you have to clear JEE Mains and JEE Advance for getting into IIT Bombay for aerospace engineering
