<p>IIT Bombay has released the IIT JAM 2026 cutoff online. There are two types of cutoffs in JAM: qualifying and admission. Both are available online. Candidates whose total marks are above the qualifying cutoff are eligible for the admission process. The authority has released opening and closing rank for counselling round 1 &amp; 2 online.</p>

<p>Hey as per the new education policy 2020 you can take the mixture of many subjects while doing your graduation in any particular subject. But as IIT Roorkee has not completely implemented this new policy so you have to take mathematics as compulsory in 10+2 along with chemistry.</p>

Every year, the score varies but the percentile remains on an average. If you have a decent profile and you are a General category candidate, you have to get more than 94 percentile for the interview call.

<p dir="ltr">Actually, no! You don't apply to the institute directly at the start. Your journey begins on the JEE Main portal, followed by a second application for JEE Advanced if you qualify. The final "application" happens through the JoSAA portal, where you list IIT Dharwad as one of your preferred choices. It's a centralized process, so you only physically deal with the college once your seat is officially confirmed.</p>
