Hello Subir,
Every state has its own rules and regulations for admission in engineering colleges. Normally, NRIs are having quota in the admission process. Also, they are not required to appear for any entrance exam. Admission is based on the marks obtained in an equivalent exam.
However, I would advise you to download the brochure of rules and regulations of admission from DTE.

I am sorry brother but there is no such provision of getting an admission directly in the 3rd year of any course. But you can take admission in the 2nd year i.e. known as lateral entry, provided that you have completed your Diploma in the same branch and have the qualifying marks depending upon the colleges. Hi, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch. ) is a five years undergraduate programme. Candidates can take admission in this course through NATA entrance test and clear the exam.
