Dear Gelo, As far as I know, to get admission in B.Tech at IIT, you should have qualified for both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. On the other hand, to get admission at LPU in B.Tech, you should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with mandatory subjects English Maths and Physics. You need to prepare well for the engineering entrance test of IITs "Joint Entrance exam." The exam happens in two levels. The first one is JEE Mains which you have to give in 2019. After qualifying it, you become eligible to give JEE Advanced 2019.
If you successfully qualify both the levels, you can get admission in IIT based on your rank.

No Yash, you have been asking similar queries all along. You have to complete 13 years education either by clearing IIT JEE Advanced or completing the first year of a Bachelor's degree.
I'm sorry to say that IITs only give admission based on JEE Mains and Advanced once you are qualified for JEE Mains then you will be allowed to give JEE Advanced through which you will get admitted to IITs.

According to the previous year opening and closing ranks, your chances of getting an IIT are really low and for mechanical engineering you rank should be at least 5000-7000. So your chances are less. You can try it in the counselling.
