You can take admission for mechanical engineering in MVIT by taking DCET which is conducted by KEA.
But in order to claim the govt. Seat quota, you need to write one Kannada exam only if you are from the nearby area of Karnataka
As you are from Delhi, you need not write Kannada exam and the cut-off for mechanical engineering in MVIT is 1500-2000 and every year 30-35K students appear for the examination.
Also, I want to clear this thing as I am also doing mechanical engineering for MVIT, it's really hard to understand the language so you will face some problem with the teacher in starting.

For admission in Himalayan group of institutions, you need to appear for an interview. The shortlisting will be done on the basis of percentage in you 10th, 12th and graduation and performance in the interview.

You can easily do the MBA, if you have done BBA, and it's fee structure depends upon the colleges. So, you have to visit the colleges and there you know the different colleges have different fee structures

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another. Generally, for a 2-year Diploma programme (DMLT) you need to have cleared 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized University or Board. The selection is done on the basis of your 12th-grade percentage. However, there is no uniform system like CLAT for foreign national and you have to apply separately for each NLU. SIESCOMS is an above average college and not only with respect to Mumbai region but also with respect to all the colleges in India. The average package offered last year was about Rs. 6.7 LPA, Rs. 4.5 LPA being the lowest and Rs. 14 LPA being the highest. The college has achieved 100% placements last year. The data is comparable with respect to many colleges in India. The cut-off cannot be confirmed, it changes every year.
Procedure to get admission:
It conducts an entrance exam every year. You need to score good marks in the exam. A merit list is prepared and on the basis of the same admission is offered. You need to check out the university’s website and fill the application form.

The basic criterion of eligibility needed to be met for admission to the course is a Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognised educational Board, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and/ or Math as main subjects and a minimum aggregate score of 55%. However, a few private universities in India conduct their own entrance tests for evaluating and admitting students to the course.
