Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE) is a state level undergraduate engineering entrance exam. The entrance test is conducted by Abdul Kalam Technical University (Formerly known as UPTU) for admission to around 1.50 lakh seats including around 4,000 government college seats. AKTU conducts UPSEE in offline (Pen & Paper based) mode only.

Yes, it will give all India rank as they give rank according to your marks that you scored in exam among all the aspirants appeared in that exam.
If you belongs to any category in UPSEE, then they give ranking according to your category also.

You can download and buy a hardcopy of unsolved problems you should solve them and your class 12th subjects must be fully covered because all 12th PCM is covered under UPSEE.

What exactly is your question? The exam will be held on all the dates mentioned by you and out of all the dates, you will be given time slot for any day and time.

In UPSEE exam, the syllabus is based upon the 12th level pre-existing knowledge.
If you was good with preparation of intermediate, it will only be sufficient to get a good rank.

Yes, you can pursue B.Tech with a minimum of 55% in your PUC, but remember that you needed really good score in the entrance exam in order to get into a top college.

See, for the best government college, you have to score more than 400 marks then you can get any of the government colleges, there might be a possibility that through counselling, you might not get the desired branch but take up that and then go for the internal sliding option before the spot round of counselling process.

Result for UPSEE will be given in May before that you can predict your rank by rank predictor but that rank will not be professional. By this, you can have an idea about which college you will get.
